Data Discovery Research Practicum

Course Description

Students accepted into the Data Discovery program are matched with an industry or faculty mentor to work on a project that applies data skills to real-world problems. The project exposes students to the challenges of problem-solving beyond the classroom. Complementing and scaffolding existing skills, the course builds expertise in working with data, communication, teamwork, and project management.
